Phaser 8500 Ink: A Solid Way To Improve Quality

by Ben Pate

The Xerox Phaser 8500 and 8550 are excellent printers for business networks. Both of these printers handle high volumes of information quickly, produce color and black and white copies rapidly, and connect easily to most computer networks. But the most important part of a printer is its ink, and the Phaser 8500 ink is uniquely well-designed for consistency and high print quality.

The options available in Phaser printers should be known. Four versions of the 8500/8550 printers are available with different prices and qualities. All of them except 8500/N print two sides of the papers. 8550/DX which is a higher end model offer high resolution and can hold and print large stacks of paper. Printing speed is also good. Lower end printers print around 24 pages per minute while the higher ones can reach up to 30 pages per minute

Another similar printer that is suitable for home or small office use is the Phaser 8650 model. It supports fewer options than 8500/8550 models, specifically in terms of lower resolution and reduced output. But Phaser 8560 ink is based on the same technology as Xerox's more advanced options. On the plus side, this printer costs less than the 8500 series printers.

The most unique aspect of this series of printers is, as stated before, their Phaser 8500 ink. Xerox has developed the only solid ink on the market that prints in one pass, allowing for greater printer speed without sacrificing quality. In addition, having a document print in one sweep prevents misalignement between passes that can result in illegible or unprofessional-looking documents.

Solid ink also resists color separation or layering within the cartridge. This creates a more consistent color throughout the life of the Xerox 8560 toner cartridge. Solid color also tends to be more saturated, which creates brighter colors. These inks are also environmentally friendly.

Phaser 8500 and Phaser 8560 inks are more expensive than other printer inks. However, brokers and other discounters can save their customers up to $150 from list price for a full cartridge set, allowing offices and individuals needing to print documents to do so at reasonable cost. These discounters are avialable online and in brick-and-mortar shops.

Xerox 8550 toner has been carefully designed to be the best ink on the market and to provide the highest document quality possible. This superior ink makes the 8500, 8550, and 8560 Phaser printers excellent choices for homes, small business, and larger offices. These printers are also highly efficient with all the options that you are likely to require, and thus are a good choice for any home or office.

The Xerox 8500, 8550, and 8560 Phaser printers are a first-class choice for a variety of printing requirements. They can handle high volumes of information quickly, produce color and black and white copies rapidly, and connect easily to most computer networks. The most important part of a printer is its ink and phaser inks such as Phaser 8500 ink and Phaser 8560 ink are uniquely designed for consistency and high print quality.
